- Salary: $26-$28/Hour
- We are looking for a dedicated Family Assistant/Household Operations Manager to help maintain the harmony and flow of our busy, systems-oriented home. With three homeschooled girls (ages 9, 7, and 4) and two self-employed parents working from home, we need a "right hand" to manage household operations and provide attentive childcare.
This is a long-term role for someone who loves creating order and nourishing a family through healthy meals and thoughtful organization.
- Responsibilities:
Operational Flow: Managing daily "resets," laundry (start to finish), and maintaining organization systems.
Nutritional Support: Preparing healthy meals by following provided recipes and managing food/supply inventory.
Childcare: Engaging with our three daughters during scheduled blocks with age-appropriate, attentive care.
Light Upkeep: Keeping the home tidy between visits from our weekly professional cleaner.
- The Schedule:
Mon: 8am–3pm | Wed & Thu: 8am–2pm | Fri: 8am–11am
- *There are 2 labs in the home so a nanny that is comfortable with dogs is a must.
Compensation: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
